Postpartum Massage
Did you know that you can receive a postpartum massage immediately after birth? My cultures offer postpartum massage for the mother immediately after birth! During your session I will work to relax the aches in your neck/shoulders and hips and low back. Postpartum massage also helps decrease swelling, help improve your sleep and can help regulate your hormones. I have special cushions and bolsters to make any stage of your recovery comfortable for you.
Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy can take a toll on the body. This massage is specially tailored to the needs of an expectant mother.
